Telefunken EVE173 (1918) with copper anode and metal base.

Output triode

Introduced in 1914. The tube was used in amplifiers like the Telefunken EV89d, EV211a and b, EV176 and EV192a, b, c and d. Earlier models had nickel anodes and grids. Because of the war shortage, other materials were used, in this case copper.
