In 1905 the company Deutsche Tachometerwerke (Deuta) was
established. In the beginning the company devoted itself to
making speedometers for trucks. In the 1920s, the company "Nadir"  was acquired. This company made electrical
measuring instruments for laboratories and other
measuring equipment, including tube testers. The company also
made a radio, the Musiktruhe from 1926. Deuta still exists and
is now making safety systems for trains. |
