Early French crystal receiver with tuning coil
Made in Paris. Was used to listen to the Eifeltower broadcasts on 2600 meters. The coil has a length of 30 cm, a diameter of 95 mm with a layer of 0.7 mm enameled copper wire. It has two slide contacts, one for tuning and one to find the right tapping point for the crystal detector. A long antenna (30 m) is needed.
